Public Law in Irans Legal System

Observing and revitalizing public rights, promoting and developing the effective and conscious life of citizens are other important and influential opportunities in the field of public rights and citizenship, which can promise the growth of religious democracy and the realization of the rule of law in the country. In addition, the field of constitutional rights and its requirements and strategies in reforming the way of governing, safeguarding the fundamental rights of individuals, and creating a better and greater role for them by noting the position of the constitution is one of the other scientific and research capacities of this field of law, which is increasing day by day.
Educational & Research Activities
The public law course at Tarbiat Modares University is planned and presented as a research training course, and students in the master's degree have the opportunity to benefit from the scientific and research environment of this university. At the master's level, a total of 28 educational units, both optional and compulsory, along with 4 thesis units, are offered to students during four academic semesters.
Taking part in professional workshops, international scientific-research programs, and the implementation of numerous educational and research projects are other opportunities that students studying at this university can benefit from in order to gain experience in the scientific richness of their achievements.

The most important goal and perspective of public rights is to optimize the way the nation interacts with the government in the shadow of growing awareness and commitment of people in society and removing the inefficiency factors of the ruling system in the matter of serving the president. Also, in terms of constitutional rights, we can refer to the revival of public rights and the active activism of the constitutional institution to firstly protect the human rights and citizenship of the nation and secondly demand and realize the public rights of the people. This is provided by the practice of professors, elites, and students active in research and study in this field and is the basis for prosperity, prosperity, and reform of governance in Iran.
